Abstract

Syndicated of corruption is not easily exposed, especially involving the law enforcement with local leader (Mayor/Regent) who has problem with the management of state money. The root of corruption problem is not only related to the person, but also the law enforcement who both slip into a safety or protector againts the corruptors.
