Abstract

Abstract Both in national law and Islamic law, there is a clear and definite norms regarding the prohibition against the criminalization of various forms of forest. Forest wealth, in which is stored a lot of natural resources or the resources of the nation, is vital objects that should be protected by anyone, especially by Muslims, because the existence and sustainability of a nation, is largely determined by the resources that are owned or God entrusted to him. If the state fails to protect its own resources, the future, this country will not be able to maintain, let alone to maintain the continuity of life. Keywords; forests, resources, legal.
