Abstract

Power synonymous with having run norms to realize the interests of the people, The rulers who get the confidence to realize the people's interests into the attitude parameters of nationalism in Indonesia. The ruling is identical to carry out the mandate of wich is also set in the norms of islam. This power is the key mandate that affects people's lives objectivity.
