Abstract

Bacteria is a group of organism that has no membrane cell nucleus. The purpose of the study is to test the power of the effectiveness of adding molases growth Bacillus Sp to the TSA media and to know the best dose addition of molasses to the growth of Bacillus colonies bacteria.
