Abstract

The question in this paper is how to categorize knowledge in logic and algorithms. Method used in this is literature based research methodology. The study objective is to categorize knowledge learned in Logic and Algorithms. The result of the study is the categorization of the knowledge that can be done by using deductive and analogy logic. All knowledge which is learned in Logic and Algorithms must be categorized into conceptual and metacognitive knowledge. Learning question design directing to conceptual and metacognitive knowledge is proven to be able to create meaningful learning process. 85% of students can identify inter-correlation between one concept to others, and 81% of students can evaluate their own works.
