Abstract
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by a virus dengue. The virus is transmitted by the mosquito Aedes Aegypti. Dengue is one of the major health problem in Indonesia is likely to increase and persistent and widespread. Tulungagung district is one of the dengue endemic areas, dengue surveillance system but there are still manual so that able to provide accurate and up to date. In fact, to plan, prevent and reduce the DHF is required of a system reliable surveillance system. Based on these problems, the main goal of making this thesis is to create a dengue surveillance system using the System Geographic Information (GIS) web-based. The final task will be to design a webmap application for Surveillance of DHF. This system will capable of displaying data and epidemiological surveillance, resulting in analysis of existing data as well as the addition, deletion and changes in these data. Given this research can assist Health Office in the effort of planning, prevention and eradication of dengue. Keyword: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, surveillance systems, web map
