Abstract
This research motivated by the results of a survey of research institutions that general political constituency in Indonesia is only focused on the image and character of the candidates political leaders (JOURNAL OF THE COUNCIL PRESS, Issue No. 7, November 2013). As a result, the choice of the survey respondents were simply based on the popularity of such figures. Popularity is intended not based on the works of construction of produced based on their concept, but because often they appear in various political campaigns or as a resource press coverage, and appeared in the mass media advertising. The purpose of this study was to determine how the print media reporting on the results of a survey conducted survey organizations in shaping public opinion and public perception in arround East Java Election at 2015 simultaneously. Methods used to unload the news publication of the survey results by Robert N. Entman framing device. The research object is the news publication of the survey results simultaneously in East Java Election 2015 Jawa Pos daily, Surya issued June to December 2015. The results indicated that all news survey results reported by the mass media Jawa Pos and Surya did not include the source of funds / sponsors who funded the survey. News protrusion lies only in elektabilitas level candidates poured in the form of numbers
