Abstract
THE STUDY AIMS TO DETERMINE THE EFFECT OF THE COMBINATION OF PELLET FEED AND TRASH FISH WITH DIFFERENT DOSES OF THE TIGER GROUPER METHOD USED IS AN EXPERIMENTAL METHOD (RAL) USING 3 TREATMENTS AND 9 REPLICATION. TREATMENT WERE : A (PELLETED FEED 25% OF TRASH 50%), AND C (PELLETED FEED 75% OF TRASH 25%). DATA WERE ANALYZED USING ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE (ONE-WAY ANOVA) AND THE SMALLEST SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE TEST (BNT) WITH TURKEY TEST. THE MAIN PARAMETER IS THE VALUE OF ABSOLUTE GROWTH,SUPPORTED BY MEASUREMENTS OF WATER QUALITY (TEMPERATURE,PH AND DO). THE RESULT SHOWED THE BEST TREATMENT IN A ROW IS THE TREATMENT IN A ROW IS THE TREATMENT OF A (AN ABSOLUTE GROWTH OF 5,1 GR/DAY), B(ABSOLUTE GROWTH OF 5,1 GR/DAY), C (ABSOLUTE GROWTH OF 8,6 GR/DAY). OBSERVATION OF OVERALL WATER QUALITY IS STILL SHOWING THE RANGE VALUES THAT SUPPORT FOR LIFE TIGER GROUPER (EPHIPNEPHELUS FOSCOGUTATTUS). FROM THIS STUDY CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT THE USE OF COMBINATION OF PELLET FEED AND TRASH FISH ON THE GROWTH RATE OF TIGER GROUPER (EPHIPNEPHELUS FOSCOGUTATTUS) (P<0.05).
