bstract Mitra I, Mr. Suwito’s business at RT 001 RW 002 Desa Mlaten, Kecamatan Puri, Kabupaten Mojokerto RT, called Mitra "Nizar Onde-onde Mojokerto". Mitra II, Mr. Masduki’s business, called Mitra "Karoma krupuk rambak sapi". Priority issues of Mitra I and Mitra II in general are 1) the capital, 2) production management, and 3) Hygiene of the effort. The devotion objectives are : 1) develop Mitra’s household business that is economically independent, 2) provide a good understanding of raw materials, production processes and post-production, and 3) give a good understanding of the food product hygiene’s concept. The approach offered are : 1) to help prepare the business management economically and efficiently, 2) to help increase business development skills of the food technology, and 3) to help increase the business management capabilities of hygienic production. The solution offered are : 1) the diffusion of science and technology in the form of business management from the economy side, 2) training to improve understanding of food technology, and 3) mediation of science and technology on the management of food hygiene products. The results of this devotion is increasing production and management of productive enterprise which covers the quality and quantity of production, product appearance (color, brightness and shape), flavor, size, packaging and marketing. Which in turn affects the level of better profits. Keywords: Nizar Onde-onde, Krupuk Rambak, Assistance and Training.
