Abstract

Solving the poverty can be done by increasing the life ojpose people through developing the local economy. We still can after find some obstacles in this effort, either strategically or generally. Strategic obstacle in raising the poverty is the high of poverty number and the Job less in Indonesia, the high of degradation level of natural resources and also the low of local competition. The general obstacles in solving the poverty through developing the local economy, such as the domination of political vision of Indonesian economy, it self which still does not pay attentio.-j the poverty even it seems libercUsm and capitalism, so thi only strong injestor can increase, mean while for the local developing realization less from the poor people in making the policy so that it does not take a profit for the poor people life for long periode.
