Abstract

The definition of poverty is considered in many points of view, as a consequence, the definition, couses and measurement of poverty indicator are deferent. Fighting poverty can be realized by the development of local conomic means, in forming corporation, from any one who has compentence for prevention of poverty which is based on basic principles ; -i in the success of local economic development, that are consistent decentralization, good governance, good corporate governance, activity of pro-poor society, equality of gender, and continual contraction. The implementation of leal economic development is done by forming interesting power of region trough stabilization of intestation climate and local economic dynamism, increasing to human resourse, promoting : commodity, image, and superior product in region, forming the self power, that is diversification effort and transformation of product, developing ability to business, increasing asset of economic resourse and developing social capital, and fonning the power of comprtition in increasing of productivity, efficiency of resource of poor population to market, supporting continual of product and regional partnership.
