Abstract

In the hands of reguler law enforcement apparatus, criminals find comfort and peace. Various forms of the efforts made by the state to revive him. One form of efforts by establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Establishment of the Commission by the state can be interpreted, that state law enforcement officials regularly call out loud, that this country shall be saved from the culture of corruption, not only by the Commission, but the role is also legally entrusted to the eradication of corruption.
