Abstract

A Webisode is one type of new internet practice. Webisode similar to television programs, by repeating episodes in developing stories, webisode has created a new form in PR campaigns on the internet. (Moriarty, et al., 2009). This study describes digital PR, especially utilization of online media means in socializing corporate culture in the form of web series, and examines descriptively about how PR of Tanly Hospitality Management create some PR campaigns about corporate culture in Youtube by web series format with the title is CERITA CINTA KANTOR KITA. This research uses a qualitative approach with the findings of data from interviews. The results conclude Utilization of digital facilities as a public relations media by Tanly Hospitality Management in conducting communication activities to the public in web series format can be accessed anytime by internet users, so the corporate culture campaign unlimited space, time and audiences. With the interest of the audience of movie lovers or serial shows that access the internet more than watching the television screen, coupled with a number of other advantages of other web series, the prospect for the internet spectacle is pretty good. No wonder if web series used by the companies as a weapon to build their image.
