Abstract

The decision between the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small-Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian Minister of National Education No.02/SKB/MENEG/VI/2000 and No. 4/U/SKB/2000 about to build a cooperative as a cornerstone of the economy. The problems in this study are the implications and Medium Enterprises and the Minister of National Education Cooperation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Education. The purpose of this study is expected to be beneficial to the community (student / student) can pour his idea of cooeratives and entrepreneurship desired once their evaluation of the curriculum that has been implemented. This study focused on curriculum Cooperation in Higher Education 3 study sample is Airlangga, Unesa and Unitomo. The results of the study indicate that cooperative learning objectives in three university sample has not been growing interest in the students to enter the worid of cooperatives and creating expertise learners to become principal / manager of the cooperative. Cooperative learning material between the material composition of the practice is 90% and 100%. It is a condition of waking up looking lame that should have been 30% and 70%. Learning instruments not rely on collaboration with partners and data systems owned cooperative government and private. By looking at the existing condition it demonstrates that the implication of the Joint Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises and the Minister of National Education on Education Cooperation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Education, is not significant.
